My Personal Life.

Most of what I post here is of a bragging nature or maybe stuff with entertaining pictures plus hilarious commentary. But here's an article where I'll enlighten you as to what goes on in my private life: the people I hang out with, leisure time activities, any notable events, etc. And I appreciate your taking an interest in me GREATLY, people, I love knowing so much potential lies in my Traumatic Injured Brain and the off-kilter viewpoint it offers me. . .

I have two great friends, Chris and Christie (who I mentioned I might journal with their names. . .), who I'd introduced myself to after seeing them at the Woo State gym several times. (Chris is the only kid I know who's comparatively as strong as I. . .) So they've been more than happy to swing by the Geneva House and pick me up and include me with their friends. They've supported me tremendously at this the time where I'm trying to gain social clout with people my age. Everyone I've met has been understanding that I don't do so great in loud environments; thus going out to bars and shit isn't on the to-do list; most people have been kind by turning down the car radio or the like. . . My great roommates are very understanding of me (but knowing when I need to cut the bullshit. . .).

I thought this was cool: I created a slideshow of the many digital pictures used for justchillen.com and my personal collection, and then I discussed each one with this couple of new friends. It was VERY cool to share so much of myself with some awesome people—I had their attention completely! Their friend Adam has also been enjoyable to hang out with. And Christie's sister, Colleen, a brilliant artist, has struck my creative senses with her paintings. (I hope to have some sort of collaboration with her. . . I may post her work with permission. . .)

These people are dissimilar to those who I've hung out with in the past—not that there's anything wrong with either group—but it's shown me how we would always like to think we're better than another faction of people. I was a little surprised when they didn't know that my watch with a big dot at the top was a Movado, and it's interesting to know people who don't know anything about car modifications. My recommendation: sit down and try to understand someone who cares about very different things from yourself ; you might think your expensive possessions or expansive knowledge of a hobby makes you superior to others but that isn't NEARLY the case. You'll be surprised.

This was a while ago—I was at the Woo State dining hall when I saw a big table full of the jocks, with this one HUGE kid I'd seen at the gym a few times. (he looks like a WWF wrestler. . .) And I introduced myself to them all saying I'm sort of new to the school and just getting to know people and I'd noticed a few of them at the gym. So I passed around a picture of the ruined car—I happened to have with me—and explained my recovery and told them how much weight I can lift, etc. It might have made them nervous at first, to hear I was so damaged, but I walked away with their respect.

Now I say Hi to the biggest football player at my school when I see him around.

Speaking of muscle, when I went to Fairlawn to receive my Botox treatment I told my doc how I benchpress 65 lbs. on top of my own bodyweight. (240, this while he said he could maybe do 130. . .) And he disappeared to tell the producer of a CBS News segment how fuckin' amazing my case is. I haven't heard anything from them yet. . .

I'm making my way through the world with my powerful body, inseparable from myself (I plan to do some natural bodybuilding in years to come. . .), and my fine know-how of writing is a most flexible asset (I have an idea for doing shiny volunteer work and writing about the experience for a large group. . .). But that's a ways off. . .

Guys I feel great about my life. Thank you for taking an interest in me!
